This hotel should be #1 on a list of worst hotels in Orlando/lake Mary. The room was Filthy from the start. I mirror wasn't clean the base boards were filled with dust and hair and the kitchen sink had lots of spots and water stains. We were there for 5 days and our room wasn't attended to once. Not one day out of time. When we called to complain they told us we would have to come and get our own things from downstairs because the house keepers had left for the day. This was before 5pm mind you. The hotel itself was just as dirty as the room. The hallways the elevator look like it's never cleaned. The lobby hadn't been swept or mopped none of the five days we were there. The elevator had dog poop in it that they eventually let dry up. The outside area was full of cigarettes butts. I mean this hotel was too expensive to be so dirty. And the staff wasn't compensating at all, and we were even expected to make our own beds. I would recommend this hotel until they get better management because it start from the higher ups.

My recent three-night stay at Hampton Inn Lake Mary left me with an unfortunate impression due to several unresolved issues. Despite opting for digital check-in and selecting a room on a higher floor, I was surprised to find myself assigned to a room on the first floor. The explanation provided was that the hotel was full, which later turned out to be inaccurate. Another front desk staff member admitted the next day that there were multiple empty rooms, revealing a lack of transparency in the initial explanation. On top of this, the persistent issues with housekeeping, including a foul-smelling microwave and ants in the bathroom, remained unaddressed throughout my stay. Despite multiple complaints, there was no visible effort to rectify these concerns. While the rooms were spacious, the overall experience was overshadowed by the lack of adherence to guest preferences, misinformation about room availability, and inadequate resolution of cleanliness issues.

We stayed at the hotel on Village Oak Lane in Lake Mary, Florida. To say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. The second night I had to go to the front desk 3 times for bed linen and washcloths. I was told they didn’t have any more washcloths. I spoke with the manager, Robert Knauff who apologized and stated that this should not have happened …well yeah, I know that. I told him it was ridiculous that I should have to change my own linen at a hotel. He agreed. The 3rd night I had to go to the front desk to ask for a towel mat. I was told they didn’t have any more. There was no management to speak to as Carla was on PTO and Robert was off. The housekeeping staff needs training on how to properly make a bed as they made the top but left the bottom hanging haphazardly. They did not clean the bathroom sink or shower area. I drew pics on the steamed up shower and they were still there AFTER they supposedly cleaned. The food is lackluster and the only breakfast meat they offer is shriveled up turkey sausage that they leave sitting in water. I will wait until tomorrow to see what else this hotel has in store for me but suffice it to say I will not be staying here again. The bright side is Julieauna and Michelle were extremely apologetic and tried their best to accommodate.

Let me start by saying this hotel is by far one of the worst Hampton Inn’s I’ve ever visited. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE! I have over 26 million views so people value my opinion on the places I write reviews about and this hotel Hampton Inn & Suite in Lake Mary FL get a ZERO FOR ALL SERVICES! So let’s get into it 🛑I did not receive room service for 5 day!! Yes 5 days!!! Every day I went to the front desk asking for someone to clean my room and asking for clean towels and wash clothes for my room, I received nothing. So on the 3rd day of not getting any clean linen or any cleaning to my room I spoke to the General Manager Karla Acosta about the issue and was told “Since im under the team member rate I should know that rooms do not get cleaned every day and since house keeping is gone I need to come to the front desk and get clean towels and wash clothes… (ON DAY 3)” She is very rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. It doesn’t matter if I’m under team members rates or not I’m still a paying customer and a guest and should not get treated with such disrespect. I asked to speak to the General manager Robert Knauff about the matter and as you already know I NEVER SEEN HIM(day 5) !!!! I called his number and the front desk picked up🤦🏾‍♀️..NOTHING WAS DONE!!! No resolution was meant about this matter. THE HOTEL LOOK AS NASTY AS MANAGEMENT ATTITUDE DIRTY,DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE! And YES I told the front desk person and I also spoke to Karla about this but as you will see in the pictures nothing was cleaned. Now let’s talk about the condition of the hotel. Just like my room the hotel itself is nasty! The elevator has dog feces and nope NO ONE CLEANED IT UP! The elevator never been mopped. The walls never been cleaned off the ground on the elevator is cracking away. The tiles are chipping off on the elevator as you step in. The lobby is nasty and dirty. The pink sugar paper pack with poured out sugar has been in the same spot on the lobby floor for 5 days. The papers on the floor of the elevator been there for 5 days the dog feces been on the elevator floor for two days and NO ONE HAS MOPPED IT UP.THE FLOOR OF THE ROOM I WAS IN SMELLED LIKE DOG DUMPED BECAUSE SOMEONE STEPPED IN IT ON THE ELEVATOR! Look at the pictures the maintenance man was pointing out the dog feces on the elevator. The hallways are also nasty and dirty. Nothing is clean in this hotel. I don’t have a clue where the house keepers are and the way the hotel is being maintained and managed I see why it’s so filthy. The free breakfast was ok 🤷🏽‍♀️As yall know I travel all year long and I always write true reviews about the places I visit. This Hampton Inn is a NO GO! Everyone was complaining about how dirty the hotel is and how they stop breakfast a hour early. The only place that was clean in the hotel was the parking lot. The outside sitting areas have cigarette butts all over the place. I hope that GM Robert find this review and contact me about this matter because as you already know Karla did not handle, help or assist in helping with any of the matters that was addressed to her. She clocked out and went home and didn’t care about anything concerning this hotel. Please feel free to look at the pictures because yall know I keep receipts about everything I post! We booked 2 rooms here on Sunday 1/7 after our 8 day cruise ended, prior to us flying back home. When we arrived around 11am we asked if we could do early check in. The woman working the front desk by the name of Melissa was very professional and polite and let us know she could have something available within 1 hr 1/2. Once that time came I went up to check my room. The toilet was still dirty and had some hair on sheets. I could tell the room wasn't cleaned properly. I went back down she gave me a new room. Now my sister on the other hand checked 3 rooms. She noticed hair on the sheets, even pulling one fitted sheet back and seeing a soiled fited sheet under it. I take it it was too much work for the housekeeper to strip the bed complelty. 2 of the rooms had ants crawling on counters and bathroom floor/tub. Now we are aware a ant issue isn't easy to fix. But still it was unacceptable and disgusting. Also would've been nice to be aware of that prior. Melissa then let my sister know she can speak with the head of housekeeping. Not sure of her name but she was a Black Woman. She said in her 17 yrs of working she has never had anyone to complain abt the rooms. She was more interested in making excuses than hearing the customer out. My sister let her know we check rooms bc we have children with us and we know people can be lazy when cleaning. Needless to say our parents ended up staying in the room because they were too tired to travel anymore. They took it as a loss with being uncomfortable. Me, my sister, her husband and two kids took a uber and went to stay at the Westin instead. There rooms there were clean, toilets were clean and the sheets were clean. There we absolutely no issues. And the cost was the same price to have a room that was cleaned spotless! This hotel needs to work on housekeeping being satisfactory. It's disgusting to check into a room and see Bm on the toilet or dried up urine. That shows that the housekeepers in fact didn't clean and did a lazy spot check! People spend too much money to check into a room where the bathroom looks like a public restroom.

Don't sleep in, the breakfast stops at 9am, unlike most other Hampton Inns. Apparently, Hilton no longer backs their brand hotels. Accomodations are fair, at best, and the breakfast manager stands at the door like the Gestapo.
